Why did hip hop have to even exist?

Hip hop ruined black youth and they look stupid sagging skinny jeans while showing their spongebob underwear.My parents never let me listen to rap but I love classic R&B&Soul from the 1970's and also Motown 1960'sand jazz and really good black music made by wonderful musicians.Why cant blacks create music like in the 70's not this vulgar promiscious rap music talking about getting "on my d ck" and profanity and R&B today is no better I miss classic soul,Stevie,Marvin Gaye even Earth wind and fire my mamas favorite group I used to always hear her playing.
