Are there people who trade in occult artifacts?

I'm a skeptic and an atheist, I have no belief in anything that falls into the category of supernatural. Despite that I cannot help be feel fascination and awe at occult items and thought it would be an interesting hobby to collect them. Are there people who deal and trade in occult artifacts? What are the laws in the United States regarding the sale and trafficking of these items?
