Could a person with no mechanical experience change fuel injectors and a fuel filter?

lately my car has been stumbling on acceleration. i had the spark plugs changed but that didnt help. i had it diagnosed with the OBD reader. it said that its a fuel injection system issue. so i was wondering if i (a 17 yr old girl with no previous mechanical experience) could change the fuel injectors and the fuel filter. i've always had a fascination with cars and want to be able to work on them myself so i was wondering if this would be a good place to start while fixing the car in the process. this might sound like a dumb question but i want to be able to do it myself. i have the manual to the car. is it that easy to change them or should i just forget it and take it to a mechanic?
